Although, Ao Luek is not as beautiful as Koh Phi Phi or other islands in Krabi, the limestone mountains that pop up in the sea are really amazing.  These small mountains have many shapes, like the sculptures in the middle of the water.  They are one of the highlights of the sea.

I think this is a good place where you will have exciting experiences.  Besides, it can make you feel refreshed with the nice atmosphere.  It’s the magic and true beauty of nature indeed.  

Ratchaprapa Dam or Choew Lan Dam, One of the most Tourist Attractions of Thailand

Ratchaprapa Dam or it is known as Choew Lan Dam is situated in Surat Thani Province, in the South of Thailand.  It is one of the most tourist attractions of Thailand due to its beauty of natural forests and lake views.  It's a very nice place for people who love to relax peacefully. 

The charm of Ratchaprapa Dam is the natural abundance of forests. There are plenty of limestone mountains with beautiful shapes standing remarkably.  It offers quiet atmosphere and cool breeze.  

 

Furthermore, the water of the dam is incredibly beautiful with emerald green.  You can see a lot of fish swimming in the water clearly.

Phu Pa Po, one of the Most Beautiful Places in Thailand

If you are a peace loving traveller, then Phu Pa Po is the place that you do not miss.

Phu Pa Po is situated in Loei province, in the north of Thailand.  Its hight is approx. 900 meters from sea level.  If you stand at the view point, you will obviously see "Phu Ho" which is said to resemble Fuji Mountain in Japan. This is why the mountain is called "Fuji of Loei"

Phu Ho has a large plateau at the top like Phu Kradueng, Phu Luang or Phu Rua, etc. 

On the way to Phu Pa Po, at both sides of the road, you will see beautiful views of natural grassland, Bua Tong fields (or wild sunflowers), various vegetable of the villagers, etc.  Besides, you will also touch cool breeze and fresh air.   I can say that this is a natural silence that you will love.

At the view point, you can see an amazing sunrise and wonderful sunset.  A sea of mist which appears in the early morning is very romantic scenery and very fantastic indeed. 

You will not feel tired from the long journey anymore when seeing these marvelous views, I bet.

Phu Soi Dao, One of the most Beautiful National Parks of Thailand

Phu Soi Dao National Park is situated in Chat Trakan District of Phitsanulok and Nam Pat District of Uttaradit Provinces, Thailand.

Phu Soi Dao National Park is one of the most beautiful pine forests of Thailand.  Its natural could attract many travellers.  You will certainly enjoy and admire the nature all day while you are at Puh Soi Dao National Park.   The weather is fine and it is cool throughout the year.

During treks, you will enjoy the beauty of the surrounding forest.   This may help you relieve fatigue from walking. 

The outstanding place of Phu Soi Dao National Park is the largest grasslands or savanna field.  There are several species of pine trees and colorful wild flowers. The landscape is similar to the area on the Phu Kradueng plateau.  It is really beautiful like paradise on earth.  You will also enjoy the beautiful scenery below of the mountains. It is very lovely and quiet place.  You can take photos as many as you can.  

Phu Soi Dao waterfall and Saithip waterfall are also interesting places that you won’t miss.  The moss and lichen covered cliff are very amazing and wonderful.

Hiking at Phu Soi Dao during rainy season (August - September) is the most fun, exciting and challenging.

By the way, before going to Phu Soi Dao, you may have to prepare yourself and have healthy body for long distance walk.

Khao Sok and Ratchaprapha Dam, Holiday Destination of Thailand

Khao Sok National Park is located in Surat Thani province, in the South of Thailand.  “Khao”, in Thai, means “Mountain”.  It is really remote area with fresh air, chilled water, green and untouched forest.  You will see beautiful limestone mountain range from north to south. 

It is a great place for relaxing; camping, fishing, floating in a canoe, enjoying boat trip along the river.  You can see some cute wildlife; i.e. birds, snakes on the trees branches.   

Besides, you will have amazing experience at Elephant Hill Camp; i.e. feeding elephants, ones of the most cute and kind animals, elephants trekking.

Furthermore, you can visit another nearby place, Ratchaprapha Dam or Cheow Lan Dam, where you can take tons of pictures of wonderful scenery; beautiful sandstones and mudstone rocks that rise above water level.  You will be also impressed with clear and clean water.

You can stay relaxing over the night in the floating Bangalows; enjoy swimming in the freshwater stream and feel much more relax at the waterfall.

We can say that these 2 places are amazing holiday destination for nature lovers and adventurers indeed.

Tung Salang Luang, One of Beautiful National Parks of Thailand

Tung Salang Luang is well-known as "Savannah Grasslands of Thailand" and it is famous as one of beautiful National Parks of Thailand.  It has a very large area covering in both Pisanulok and Phetchabun provinces.

It is a nice place for the ones who love nature, like hiking and sleeping in tents.  It is such a challenge to travel there because there are many interesting places waiting for you.

"Field of Flowers" 

 
Tung Salang Luang is featured on a variety of wildflowers that bloom during October - November.  Every morning, when the sun rises, the "orchid Nuanchan" become golden yellow flower spread over the stones in the field which are very beautiful. 

You can feel very bright morning when you are there indeed.

Besides, in the far distance, you can see pine trees and dense forests which you can feel good with pure and natural air.  

Moreover, there are "nepenthes fields" which is rarely found anywhere else.

Sunflower Fields in Lop Buri, One of Most Tourist Attraction of Thailand

If you come and visit Thailand during November to January, I would suggest you to visit sunflower fields in Lop Buri province that is not far away from Bangkok.  (approx. 2 hours only)  So, you can plan for only one day trip to visit the sunflower fields as well.

The sunflower fields in Lop Buri are famous as one of most tourist attraction of Thailand.  There are a lot of beautiful sunflower which are in full blossom during that period.  The yellowish and golden sunflowers spread all over the large area.

You can take a lot of great photos of those beautiful sunflowers against the bright blue sky and beautiful green hills as a background.  Besides, I can tell you that you will feel fresh air when you visit there for sure.

When standing among those beautiful sunflowers, you may find yourself in the paradise.  This will be a very great time of your life, I can guarantee.  Besides, this nice atmosphere will be very romantic for every lovers.  It will be just both of you surrounding by the yellowish sunflower, how romantic it is!

Siam Tulip Forest, One of The Most Beautiful Flower Forest of Thailand

If you love nature as well as beautiful flowers, I would suggest you to go to see flower forest or Siam Tulip forest, in Pha Hin Ngam National Park, which is situated in Chaiyaphum Province, in the northeast of Thailand.  This Siam Tulip forest is well-known as one of the most beautiful flower forest of Thailand because it is full of blossom pinkish-purple flowers called, "Siam Tulip" or "Dok Krachiao" in Thai name , which are very beautiful and wonderful.

Rainy season, from June until August, will be the best time to visit this Siam Tulip forest because you will see plenty of blossom flowers spreading all over the area, more than 1,000 rai, in a natural setting.  Especially, when the flowers are lightly covered by morning mist, they are very gorgeous.  This is very much attracted tourists from around the world to go there.   When you stand in the forest that Siam tulips are around you, you will be certainly happy as if you stand in the heaven indeed.
